Also, while it’s true that there are two prices (40,000VNĐ a big bowl and 30,000VNĐ a small bowl) neither Vietnamese nor foreign customers are given the choice between the two. Rather, Vietnamese customers are always served the smaller and cheaper bowl, and foreign customers are always served the bigger and more expensive bowl." - http://vietnamcoracle.com
